Jaugust Newsletter

We have an interesting newsletter for July.  It is being mailed in early August due to production problems.

Our Party is struggling to develop a message that will allow us to gain some level of control at the national, state and local government.  The Democratic Central Committee of Worcester County is in the throes of developing a message too.  It needs to reflect the national party, but address the political climate of the county and the problems that need to be addressed in the future.  To get you started our opening message discusses Democrats rebooting their culture.  It is a paper written by a sophomore college student and reflects, I think, the frustration of young people with our party.

We share election numbers from 2016 that helps show why Worcester County is red.

We spend a lot of space on a discussion of Neighborhood Networks (NNs).  The NNs are the key to us gaining some representation of Democrats in public offices in Worcester County and keeping Jim Mathias in office.

There is a shot at Andy Harris.

Last, but not least, is the announcement of the Worcester County Democrats Labor Day Picnic, September 4.  The picnic is open to all Democrats in Worcester County and the price is right?
